Getting Started

No, we're based in Mombasa and it's where most of our walk-in and referral clients are, but we build and support websites and systems for businesses anywhere in Kenya. Most of the process (planning, content, review) happens over WhatsApp, call or email regardless of location.

Yes. We can point you to our Graphic Design service for a logo first, or start the website with a simple placeholder look and refine it once your branding is settled, whichever fits your timeline.

Pricing & Payment

Our Pricing page has starting prices for a Business Website (from KSh 25,000) and an E-Commerce Website (from KSh 45,000). The final price depends on the number of pages, features and content involved, so we confirm an exact figure after a short discovery conversation, never a surprise invoice.

M-Pesa and bank transfer are both fine, we'll share the details you need once your quote is agreed and confirmed.

Hosting, domain renewal and any ongoing maintenance plan are the recurring costs, and we're upfront about what those are before you commit, see Website Hosting and Website Maintenance & Support.

Timelines & Process

A standard business website usually takes 2-4 weeks once we have your content and feedback; e-commerce sites, custom websites and business systems take longer depending on scope, we'll give you a realistic timeline as part of your quote, not a generic estimate.

Mainly your content (text, photos, logo if you have one) and timely feedback at each review stage, the biggest thing that slows a project down is waiting on those, not the build itself.

Ownership & Handover

You do. Your domain is registered in your name (see Domain Registration), and the website and its content are yours once the project is paid in full.

Yes, it's your website. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, we'll help make that handover straightforward rather than making it difficult to leave.

Support After Launch

Launch isn't the end of the relationship, our Website Maintenance & Support service covers updates, technical support, performance and security, whether we built the original site or not.
