These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TrueSite Digital website (truesitedigital.com) and the services offered by TrueSite Digital, a brand of Bakhashwein Enterprises.

Services

TrueSite Digital provides website development, SEO, hosting, graphic design, custom business systems and website maintenance services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed separately with each client before work begins.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on our Pricing page are starting points for standard projects and are not final quotes. Custom business systems and non-standard requirements are always priced individually after a requirements review.

Payments

Payment terms (such as deposits and milestone payments) are agreed on a per-project basis and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of final delivered website files, designs and custom code transfers to the client upon full payment. Underlying third-party software, frameworks and licensed assets remain subject to their own license terms.

Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable websites and systems, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific search engine rankings, or that any website or system will be completely free of errors or vulnerabilities.
